The existing setup I had was with Kury pegs mounted upside down for greater road clearance. Problem is, my feet were too close to me, so I opted for the Kury Cruise pegs. These are great for long cruises, but most of my driving is in mountainous areas near my home. What I found was I kept having to take my feet off of the cruise pegs in order to shift. Hence the addition of forward controls from Cyclecraft. The fit and finish is excellent--albeit if you have V&H Bigshots you may have to add a few washers as I did to get the rear brake light actuating pin to keep from hitting the exhaust. As you can see, with the Kury pegs installed according to OSHA, these forward controls stretch you out quite a bit (they actually give you about an inch extra of road clearance over stock).

Clcik here to see Hal's info about them.
