VTX 1800 C

This is a roll-over image. Allow time for both photos to load and then simply roll your cursor over the image to see before and after shots.

This is the bulb. contrary to some beliefs, the bulb does not glow after it is shut off because of the Xenon gas. It has a ring around the base of the bulb that glows in the dark--once it is charged up.

Is it any brighter? I suppose--the statistics say it is--at least 30% brighter--but 30% brighter than the standard dim light is just 30% less dim--it's still not bright (like HID). A good article can be found here: http://www.edmunds.com/news/innovations/articles/43030/article.html

It does add a nice white/bluish light which looks cool if nothing else.

In this photo you can't see that it's any brighter (in fact it looks less bright, but that's because of the slightly different angle they were photographed). The photo is just designed to give you an idea of color.
