Why do we embrace a full service model? Our experience has shown us that limited service models while capable of getting a home sold, often limit a home's full advertising potential to the open market thus the probability of getting the most money for a home is limited. Remember, we aren't promoting this model because it's the only one we offer, we embrace it because we feel it's the best model for our clients.
Do we offer limited services at a deeper discount? The short answer is yes; but we firmly believe in maximum exposure for your home--though ultimately the choice is yours. We have explained some of the not-so-obvious differences between full service and limited service here. You might well be surprised at how many distinctions there really are.
