Buyer Rebate
Program
The Buyer
rebate program is designed to help first time buyers purchase a home by offering
a credit at closing to the buyer of 1% of the sale price up to $8,000.
The following
will help you understand some of the limits and benefits of the program.
- There is no limit
on the cost of the home you purchase. However, the rebate is still limited
to a maximum of $8,000.
- The rebate will
be credited to the buyer in escrow towards the buyers closing costs up to
1% of the selling price or deducted from the selling price of the home--whichever
the buyer prefers (or lender allows).
- The credit will
only be given to buyers who purchase and close on a home with Drew and Christine
Morgan as their agent AND Drew and Christine Morgan are receiving a full
commission on the sale of the home as offered by the listing agent and no
other concessions are required. However in no event shall this commission
offered be less than 2.5% of the selling price or we reserve the right to
cancel or modify this offer.
- For Sale By Owner
homes are excluded from this offer unless otherwise agreed upon.
- For buyers purchasing
one of our listings through us as their buyer's agent, the credit shall
be extended to 1% of the purchase price shall NOT be limited to first
time Buyers and shall not be capped at the $8,000 limit providing however,
that Drew and Christine Morgan are receiving a full commission as per the
listing agreement and no other concessions are required.
- You must mention
this offer when first contacting us and enter into a Buyer Broker agreement
that spells out the terms of this offer.

Drew and
Christine Morgan reserve the right to cancel or modify this offer with any buyer
at any time prior to entering into an agency agreement with a buyer.
